When you cast your pearls before swine,
You don’t think about it at the time
Your worth and gift inside
pouring it out to those
You thought would appreciate
You’d thought would reciprocate
But your soul you’ll lose


Your calling your ability and talent
wasted on the temporary and fleeting
Here on earth what are we here for?
A precious cargo we’ve received
Even the eternal flame of our souls
